Terms of Service

Effective September 8, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to PocketClerk, an AI assistant for small businesses. By using PocketClerk, you agree to these terms. If you use PocketClerk for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept them for that business.

The service

PocketClerk helps you organize business context, communicate through supported channels, and take approved administrative actions. Features may change, be limited by connected providers, or be unavailable from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service reliable and to explain meaningful interruptions.

Your account and connected services

You are responsible for keeping your account secure, providing accurate information, and ensuring that you have permission to connect and use any calendar, file, email, messaging, or payment account. You can disconnect a service at any time. You are responsible for reviewing the permissions requested and the results before relying on them.

AI-assisted results

PocketClerk may make mistakes, misunderstand a request, or miss information in a connected source. Treat suggestions, classifications, summaries, and drafts as assistance, not as professional, legal, tax, accounting, medical, or financial advice. Check important details and obtain qualified advice where appropriate.

PocketClerk will not intentionally claim that an action succeeded when it did not. Some actions require your confirmation. You remain responsible for the decisions you make and for reviewing actions taken in your workspace.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information and materials you provide. You give PocketClerk the limited permissions needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content to provide the service and the features you request. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it.

Acceptable use

You may not use PocketClerk to break the law, violate another person’s rights, access an account without permission, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass security or authorization controls. Do not use PocketClerk as the sole control for emergencies, safety-critical decisions, or regulated professional advice.

Plans, fees, and payments

Paid features, prices, billing periods, taxes, and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. You authorize the selected payment method for agreed charges. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may suspend paid features for overdue amounts after giving reasonable notice.

Third-party services

PocketClerk can connect to third-party services such as Google, Telegram, and payment providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, policies, or actions, and a provider change may affect PocketClerk features.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using PocketClerk at any time. We may suspend or end access if needed to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a material breach. We will try to provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue when practical. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.

Intellectual property

PocketClerk and its software, branding, and service materials belong to PocketClerk or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law permits.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, PocketClerk is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, PocketClerk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses, or for loss caused by information you provided, a connected service, or your failure to review a result.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the revised version here and change the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
